We design and develop events that will meet the organization's marketing and client acquisition needs. We will:

• Conceptualize event theme
• Manage guest relations and registration
• Organize invitations and direct mail campaigns
• Database development and mailing lists
• Provide project management to ensure that associated public relations initiatives, direct mail campaigns, and general event logistics are completed and conform to budgetary limits and deadline commitments
• Manage and developing guest lists
• Select venue and negotiate contract
• Procure event services including
• Photographer and/or Videographer
• Audio Visual Equipment
• Presentations
• Entertainment
• Complete Catering Services
• Procure talent and other services as needed to ensure a successful event
